I have a new Aiper Seagull. My deep end has a sheer drop off. Once the cleaner gets in the deep end it can't get back to the shallow end. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Which Seagull do you have? The Seagull SE/Plus is designed for pools with flat floors.
I have the pro, and it does the walls and floor. Once in the deep end, it can't get back out because of the ledge. While going up it seems the back tires loose traction trying to get over the ledge.

I would contact the manufacture and see if they have a firmware update that might solve your problem. Some of the newer manufactures have been pretty responsive to issues like this.
