I had a hole in my wall this year that I have to repair. So I've drained my pool, and will either repair or replace the wall.
It's an above ground 12x24 oval with a flat bottom, 54" sides. water is probably 48" on average during the season.

I haven't looked inside the walls yet, because I presume once I take the liner off, my base will be more and more disturbed. I'm trying to avoid that as much as possible to make minimal work putting it back together.

Does anyone have tips for what order of operations to use? Thanks!

What do you think your order of operation should be?
