After Filter issue and cloudy water I now have sparkling water

Received test kit TF100 yesterday. Here are my numbers. Not sure CYA is correct since it was dark when I tested and had to turn on a bunch of lights in the house. I tried this morning again but was overcast so no sun. That is the only item I might be off on.

FC-8
CC- less than .5 since it slightly turned pink in beginning(Maybe hard to tell)
TA- 100 (On this is "red" mean when it changes color? Looks more pinkish to me)
PH- 7.4
CH- 500 (So CA Water)
CYA- 72(I don't this this is correct see above)
Did the overnight test and FC did not drop at all.

Looking good! As you noted, you'll want to do the CYA test again on a sunny day. But for now everything looks good. Yes, the TA color is more Barbie Pink than red.

CYA Testing:
Proper lighting is critical for the CYA test, so you want to test for CYA outside on a bright sunny day. Taylor recommends standing outside with your back to the sun and the view tube in the shade of your body. Use the mixing bottle to combine/gently mix the required amounts of pool water and R-0013 reagent, let sit for 30 seconds, then gently mix again. Then, while holding the skinny tube with the black dot at waist level, begin squirting the mixed solution into the skinny tube. Watch the black dot until it completely disappears. If it helps, pour a little, look away, then look back and pour some more. Once it disappears, record the CYA reading. After the first test, you can pour the mixed solution from the skinny view tube back to the mixing bottle, shake, and do the same test a second, third, or fourth time to instill consistency in your technique, become more comfortable with the testing, and validate the CYA reading. If you are still questioning your own results, have a friend or two do the same test 2-3 times. Share your results only after everyone is done to see if you came up with the same average results.

On that TA test, you keep adding drops until it gets to 'Barbie" pink and the next drop doesn't change the shade at all. Then you deduct that last drop and you get your result.

Correct. There's nothing after Barbie.

Actually, you'll see the water "flash" a light shade of pink at first and then barbie pink is the last stage.

Basically the pink that actually stays pink vs reverting back after changing for a quick second.
