Aeration Help

Any ideas for aeration using this return? It is the only return aside from the in-floor system heads. I’m somewhat handy with PVC, but creating something that I could connect/disconnect fairly quickly here has me puzzled. Looks like I may need to file some plaster out of it as well. Should I just go with a cheap sump pump instead?

I need to aerate to raise my pH after dropping it with acid to ultimately lower my TA which is currently 120

PoolMath logs are not linking right now.

Post a full set of tests with your CSI.

Why not let your TA drop over time as you normally adjust pH?

I have the same broken return. Snapped off ages ago. I got a piece of conduit, stuck it in the return and tied a rope to it pulling the conduit up out of the pool and tied it off somewhere.

This worked perfect.

PH changes quick doing this so watch it.
