If anyone in Phoenix is looking for rebar guys, plumbers, excavators, Shotcrete, tile or plaster I’ve got a handful of companies that can get the job done and I’d refer them to you if you’d like. I went from clearing my backyard to filling the pool in 50 days. Granted it’s a small pool but still remarkable. I do manage construction projects for a living so that helps and I paid cash to everyone but it’s doable.
Fyi Shotcrete guys are a pain in the neck but there’s a lot of decent companies that are flexible and truly chomping at the bit to get work from people in lieu of big pool builders who basically steal from the homeowner and the subcontractor.
