As per the title, any rules as to adding chlorine/calcium hypochlorite to a pool after adding calcium chloride (didn't know if I had to wait a certain period of time, etc.)
I was always told to add calcium on a day you don't have to add anything else. Its that exothermic reaction calcium has when it gets in the water and it does take calcium a little while to dissolve and mix in. You can tell that when after adding, your pool goes cloudy for a day or two.
Others may add it later that day in a different area of the pool.... I dunno? I try to play it safer than not.
