New to this SWG setup and I want to add Borate to the pool, due to all the good things I read about using them. My current numbers are
FC 7.5
PH 7.4
TA 80
CH 250
CYA 80
I think these are good numbers to add the Borates. According to pool math I should add about 331 oz of Boric Acid to bring the Borates up to the recommended 40. What is the best way to add this much Boric Acid to the pool? Should I do it in stages, all at once, desolve it in a bucket first? What are you guru's recommendations.
