Backstory:
I wanted to increase CH from 150, and did that by adding calcium chloride (sprinkling in deep end, brushing afterwards). Now the CH is 210, so that's fine for now.
While brushing my deep end (something I hadn't done since I've owned the pool across the last 5 years), I am wondering if I didn't kick up a bunch of "old" debris.
My FC hasn't been above 1.0 since brushing/adding CC. I've added 128oz of 10% bleach since the CC addition (in 64/32/32 increments over time). Typically adding 64 oz of bleach would get my FC level to near 3. It was 0.5 an hour after adding the 64 oz yesterday.
What gives?
