Add A Vacuum Port To Intex Pool?

I still don't understand how you prime the hose if the valve is away from the pool and the hose is in the pool. It's probably simple but I'm just missing it.

Put the vacuum and hose in the pool. Hold the end of the hose over ur pump return so it is pushing water into the hose which will push air out. Then you take the hose and connect it to the vacuum port then open the vacuum port valve

So you transport the end of the hose end "full of water" across the yard to the valve and insert it. Without losing any water then you open open the valve, turn on the pump and vacuum?

My pump isn't across the yard so no I would take it from the water over the side of the pool and onto the pipe

Ok my last question. Do you not see any problems with all rigid pvc with a pool that flexes on occasion? Thanks
