Active 30i app issue

Hi,

So Dora has been working great for over a year, yesterday I tried to turn her on with the app as usual and got this error

I’ve emailed customer support but no reply as yet.

Dora work fine from the console, I’ve tried power cycling both my phone and Dora several times.

Anyone come across this?

I have the latest version, and as far as I know it’s not been updated for some time.

I just saw in another thread a person had the same issue and they deleted and reinstalled the app and the problem was fix.
