Active 20 Starts, moves forward for 5' and back for 1' and stops.

I have a 2.5 year old Active 20. Love the thing. This year it is on the fritz. It starts normally, moves forward for about 5' and backs up maybe 1' and stops!

I have done the normal troubleshooting.... cleaned everything out, took propeller off and cleaned (there was some string wrapped around it), and tried again but nothing has fixed it yet. What are my next steps? Taking it to a leslies or somewhere else? I bought it online from the main store in Colorado everyone recommends but I cant remember the store.

This sounds like the motor driving the impeller isn't working. Do you see water flowing out of the ejection ports during startup?
