Rigorously following TFP suggested plan for salt pools

Staying in good this year but the need to add acid to keep pH from going over 7.8 is a bugger
Any ideas or is this just the way it is?
Pool water is as clean and beautiful it has ever been

Your fill water is high TA. As you add fill water, your pH will rise due to added TA. Adding acid to a pool in the desert is a bi-weekly necessity.

Thank you for letting us know adding acid in the desert is a necessity. Even on a one or two adjustments a week normal.
I do notice this year when I add HCl and wait 1/2 day or more before checking it rarely tests below 7.5 pH. I guess that's my swing 7.5 -7.8 pH
