I ran out to run my filter to waste last night in the torrential rain and when I was finished I accidentally switched the Multiport to closed not filter. I have no idea where my brain was. So it ran today for hours on closed. The pipe leading from the filter basket is leaking and when the pump is off the filter basket will not stay full. I think it has no pressure. Not sure if it’s because of the pipe leaking. How much did I ruin? How do I fix this?

It happens. Fix the leaking pipe and see where you are.
You dead headed the pump and the seals in the pump may have overheated while it was running without water flow.
