Need a new pump...need suggestions

Finally got my pool up just to find that the pump motor is locked up. I've got it working on an old Intex pump (1500 GPH model) which I know is underpowered.

I now need a replacement pump. I found a Blue Wave brand TidalWave 1 HP 2 speed pump. Does anyone know anything about the BlueWave pumps?

Here are the pumps that I'm considering.

Go with a 1.5 HP 2 speed. Can't go wrong there.
