We have been dodging rain storms for the last month, Now I have second guessed my liner choice so I am returning the one I have in favor of another. The new liner wont be here until beginning of next week. If I get an opening from the weather can I install everything except the liner knowing that we will undoubtedly get rain in between installation and liner install?
Can I install my wall now and the liner a few days later?

No! Do it all the same day, especially if you're getting stormy/rainy weather! You could damage your walls.
