On my third one. First one lasted forever, about 7 years. Second one puked into my fourth season. First 2 said to install the brushes for a vinyl pool, the wheels were for gunite and plaster. This new one came today with the wheels and brushes already installed. Water Tech said the wheels are fine to use in a vinyl pool. "Should be fine," a guy named Jeff said. So, OK to use with the wheels on? I'm afraid I may damage the vac head if I try to remove them. What say you guys? And gals!

I've had wheels and brushes on both of mine. Haven't worn out any vinyl yet! I love those things.
