Is anyone using the original 6ft #14 awg 3 prong cord that comes with the most Hayward pumps? The tag states it is just for testing the pump and a permanent 3ft, #12 awg plug needs to be installed. I already have the Hayward Aqua Trol that is straight blade and not twist lock so I can't change the pump cord to twist lock. Is the original 6ft cord ok to use?
