I am installing a 27' round pool. Is there any advantages of using a foam cove around the edges instead of sand? Also do I need a gorilla pad under the liner?
We just installed an oval agp with foam bottom and foam cove and it feels amazing to walk on. I previously had an agp with sand bottom. No comparison! Love the foam! I didn't use a gorilla or any other pad, just the one inch foam. Lots of duck tape on seams. We didn't get our a thick enough and were using crappy tape. Who knew duct tape came in varying qualities?
