The house next to me has an above ground pool. My old neighbors always took great care of it. Well they sold their house this winter and our new neighbors haven't touched their pool. Winter cover is still on and they haven't even drained the water off it. It looks really nasty. Anyways, my concern is that it will be a huge breeding ground for mosquitos. Am I correct in being concerned about this? I've only met them once as they are virtually never outside and I hate to start off on a bad note with them. Thanks for any input.
