I'd give them the opportunity to fix it by themselves.
Once they say their done, if it is still there, mention it then.
Is this between plaster day and acid wash day, pre-filling?

thx ozdiver and AmyJo! yes, it's after pebble day and tomorrow the do acid.

Good, the acid takes off the top layer of plaster to fully expose the pebble.
It also will get rid of that brown stain and any plaster drip marks.
This evens out the finish to a great extent.

They will start filling immediately after they finish this process.
That is to time to look over the finish, get down in the pool and go over it.
If you are unsatisfied with the look or feel at this point, speakup and have it dealt with.
