Alright, that makes more sense.
There are still several possibilities, but the most likely is a wiring problem between the heater and the automation system. On easy way to check this is to find the other end of the yellow and green wires and jumper across them at the automation system end instead of the heater end. If that works, the problem is with the automation system, if that doesn't work the problem is with the wiring run.
