Looking for a special skimmer

I'm searching for a in ground vinyl skimmer with a removeable extension throat. I can find these in the UK but not here in the USA. Certikin and Luxe in the UK make them. I need to be able to install the mouth and throat of the skimmer from inside my new pool if possible.
