The best thing really is going to be mechanical clean up.
Crisco grease is not going to break down very easily with chemicals.
Perhaps the enzymes will work better since they are designed for this, but based on what I have found with crisco, it is just wierd when mixed with water, especially when it gets really old. It turns into something that won't even come off your hands with 409 or dishwashing detergent. Yuk!
