I'm out of the DPD powder that came with my test kit. Leslie's does not carry this powder. Is there another product I can use while I await a refill? I'm trying to pass my OCLT and I'm going to not have enough to complete! Argh!!!

No, only the powder works. You can dilute your water sample with distilled water to extend the range of the OTO test. 3 parts distilled to one part pool water, test the result and multiply the reading by 4 to get an approximation of your level. Other dilutions will work as well.
Just remember that if you go the dilution route, it won't be near accurate enough to tell if you pass the OCLT.
