New Suntouch and Intelliflo VF - Need Help with configuration

I just replaced my old single speed pump setup with a Suntouch and Intelliflo VF. I have 1 actuator for solar and a separate booster pump for the pool sweep. I'm confused by the setup in the Suntouch and need help.

Pool Equipment:
27,000 gallons
Intelliflow VF
Solar system with actuator (no heater)
Polaris with booster pump
SunTouch

What would my settings be if i wanted to cycle my pool water once a day at the most economical setting, with a minimum pool temp of 84 and a high of 88, a setting of 28gal/min for the solar and the booster pump on from 8-10 AM?
