I would kill for that kind of pH stability. Your goal is 7.5 to 7.8. Every time you knock pH down with Acid, you also lower TA. Natural aeration raises pH without raising TA. You should experiment with whether your pH has a stable point where it settles down, but still within your range window. You may also find that you are able to make finer adjustments using Muriatic Acid Liquid, as many have a hard time being accurate with Dry Acid, and tend to add more than needed.
I will add my .02 on your CYA being high, and heading higher with continued use of Trichlor.
