Jacks Sequest Test Kit Instructions

I just finished removing metal stains in my pool and am trying to maintain my sequestrant level now. My question is when using jacks sequest test kit I am getting a reading of 7 on the test tube vile. Does this indicate 7ppm or 70 ppm? 70 would make more sense considering I added 2 bottles of Pink stuff to my 20K gallon pool. Just want to make sure I am getting the correct reading.
