Easy Touch 4 replacement

Hello all,

I'm new to forum, my first post. My Easy Touch 4 got moisture inside and no longer is working, will not turn on at all. I've dried it out and tried new batteries, but no success. Does anyone know if this is able to be repaired?

If not repairable, I need to replace the remote, can I just purchase a new remote and program my existing receiver to the new remote? Or, do I need to purchase a new receiver and wire it to the control panel?

Have you opened it up so the inside can dry effectively? If you have already done that, then there isn't much hope for it recovering.

You can replace just the remote, and have it work with your editing receiver and control panel. The sequence for pair the new remote to your control panel should be in the manual.
