72 hour SLAM, pool still cloudy

10,000 gal above ground. Had bad algae, no chlorine, added copper algecide, green went away but water became cloudy. I added flocculant. Vacuumed and kept running the pump for a few days. It cleared up some.

Then took the following readings:

Ph 7.1-7.2
TA 40
CYA 0

I raised CYA to 30
Brought FC to 10

I’ve been keeping it at 10 for the last 3 days, day 4 today, pump running around the clock. It has cleared significantly, but not all the way. What should I do?

Keep on going! It will take some time to get all of the cloudiness filtered out. What kind of filter do you have?

I would start with reading up on how to do a SLAM. You need to get your FC level up to 12 or higher, and make sure it never goes lower than that.
