Getting closer on getting into house. I found info on pool today
The pool was built in 1971, older than I had hoped. it is kidney shaped and 31x16. I think 16 is its widest width according to paperwork. The average depth is 5.5 feet. Just as a funny in 1971 it cost $3500 to install. Wth these dimensions I guess it is between 19k and 20k. Please correct if needed.
The pool is a major swamp. Some of the decorative tiles are missing. It does hold water. It was last opened maybe 3 -> 4 years ago.
I needed a new pump, so I bought a used one back in May when the process of buying this short sale just started. It is a Sta-rite System3 S7m120 with 300 Sq ft of filter. Hope that is a sufficent size. Also a 1HP pump as well.
I have a test kit in waiting as well since June
Thanks
rob
