I am receiving an error code 120 on a Jandy AquaPure 1400 after cleaning. The generator is clean. Does the plug have to go a certain way?

The cable should work either way, but it does need to make a solid connection.
That error message can means lots of things, lose cell cable connection, cell worn out, scaling, low salt level, or broken power supply.
