210ppm is very manageable. Maintain your pH in the lower end of the range, and allow winter rains to replace your fill water and you will get it more reasonable in a season or two. TA can be lowered by following the Pool School article, but 210ppm is nothing to be overly concerned about. I never had mine that low the first few seasons I had a pool.
