I had the same initial thought ... where is the pump? Not sure if this is the result of a flood or done intentionally ... seems that a flood is the most likely.
If it's photoshop, it's pretty good. You can see the reflection of the rim of the pool in the flood water. Over flowed river or maybe storm surge from Hurricane Sandy. That's what my neighborhood looked like after the hurricane. What I want to know is what is the C clamp on the rim of the pool holding together?
