What is the quietest Blower on the market

Hi all, iam new to the forum, just about to get my new pool built the PB is putting 6 spa jets on the bench seat of the pool. Iam worried about the blower noise, hard up against the fence beside the neighbours. Have been looking at waterco blower but they say they run at 94 decibels. There are 2 i have seen in the states, 1 called silent twister spa blower series by aqua pro systems, they say it runs at 59 decibels and the other is the Silencer Air Blower. Any ideas? Thx

I dont know how many decibles but you might want to check the Polaris QT blower I have found them to be very quiet
