We are needing input on this specific co. They are actually located outside Houston. We are building a house and the builder has some deal worked out with this company. If it looks good then we will have a pool built during the same time as out house. If not, then we will put a pool in after the fact with someone else. We used Sunset in the past and would NEVER EVER EVER use them again. Thanks again!

No experience with them personally but they have an A+ BBB rating and no complaints. That's usually a good sign. You could always call and ask them for some references but references provided by the builder aren't always reliable.
No experience with them either, but i do highly recommend a local company, out of town could be very annoying when warranty times come up. With a pool it is always better to be able to go and see someone face to face instead of phone call after phone call. I would recommend looking into Richards Total Backyard Solutions or Blue Haven.
