Seam Leak on Pool Liner

Please help!
we just noticed a small about 2 to 3 inch seam rip in our pool liner. We tried to patch it with a patch kit but it is still dripping water out the bottom
The pool liner is about 3 years old and is not covered under the warranty. We still have water that is above the skimmer so it is not drained or empty. The filter is still running.
Please help out with suggestions on what me and my family can do to prevent tearing down the pool and just getting rid of it.

Correction its actually less than an inch tear on the seam.
Please any suggestions would be appreciated. My sister and I really love the pool but if nothing can be done then it has to be torn down.

A good patch kit should fix it. A piece of liner and some boxer glue would be the best thing to use.
