Any altitude effects on pool chemistry?

I searched for threads on altitude, but only found topics concerning heaters and pad placement in relation to the pool. I'm at ~5300 feet and was wondering if there are any effects of altitude on the BBB method.

For instance, I've been aerating to lower TA and I'm going on 7 10 hours days with some overall drop, but it's not moving as fast as I expected. (I can post results, but I'm more interested in looking to see if there is a relationship)

Also, does chlorine burn up quicker with a higher UV index?

Just curious.

There are a number of small differences, but nothing that changes the procedures in any way large enough to be worth mentioning. The air pressure is lower, so the CO2 outgassing rate will be a little different. However, the whole lowering TA procedure is fairly slow in the best of situations and any way you look at it a small change from slow is still slow.
