32x16 Intex Ultra Frame Re-do...

Hi All,
I am in the process of tearing down our 32x16 Ultra Frame pool because I rushed the setup last year and did not provide adequate support for the braces.

I have great advice via private message from several TFP members (thanks to all !), but I thought I might reach out to the whole forum for my last few questions...

The pool is nearly empty. My plan is to provide level, stable, compacted ground for each of the pads that the braces rest upon.
The res several long, inch-high wrinkles in the floor. Am I best off by peeling the liner back upon itself and trying to lay it back out, smoothing as I go? This method would reveal whether or not the Gorilla pad beneath is also wrinkled... or should I try to pull the floor taut somehow (one person per side)? Other ways to deal?
Any help will be appreciated!

I did mine by putting about an inch of water in, then standing inside with my back to the wall, bumping the liner floor back with my bare heels. Two people would certainly help.

Do the wrinkles feel thicker than just two layers of liner?

You can try heating water(don’t put boiling water directly on your liner) to make it a little easier. Also fill trash bags with water to hold it in place on the edges until it has enough water in it. I have the same pool & it is a lot of work. I still have one small wrinkle in the middle, but it’s not too bad. I ended up using pressure treated 2x12’s instead of the pavers under my legs. It’s held up great.
