You don't need to include a BR number unless you have a bromine pool. Did you get the Cl number using the FAS-DPD or the OTO kit? You should report chlorine as either FC, CC, or TC.
I got the cl number from the k-1000 kit that came with the tf-100. It's the best I could guess. I have a hard time telling the difference between those shades of yellow.
