My brother in law has a 2000 gal agp with a proline pump and filter the entire setup was purchased at namco. He obviously has no clue how to use it because he has never used de. The plumbing goes from the skimmer to the pump then through the filter and back to the pool. There is a drain on the filter and an air valve on top. There is no multiport valve. Inside are about 8 large de grids that attach to the bottom of the filter. I have no idea how to use this filter. Does anyone know the manufacturers website, have a manual or know how to use this filter. My main question is how do you backwash the filter and how much de is required. I'm used to my filter that has a bump lever.
