Hi everyone. I found a post on this site when searching for some help in getting my salt chlorinator and controller going.

I have a 305PX Resilience/Nexa Pure Controller. The unit powered up initially and the backlight was stuck on. It also kept flashing "Check Short".

We I plugged it for a while and it came back on immediately but the touch buttons do not function. It is now asking me to select the cell size but I cannot go any further.

The post I found on here from 2021 had a user stating they were able to get in contact with the company and order a display unit from their online store. No link was posted.

Does anyone know the online store link or how to get tin contact with the company that makes this unit? I would like to hopefully order the touch buttons/or display unit to get this thing going. Thanks on advance

Thanks for the info!! So I was in contact with someone today and after some troubleshooting, it turns out the power controller is bad. I can get a new one with the display and buttons for around $450.

This way a used unit I purchased for $200 and was told was functioning at the time of removal. Lesson learned. I tried to save a few bucks. Looks like I'll be searching for a new unit.
