You still have to connect the hose sections together.
I am having the same issue and at $11-15 per 3 foot section they are quite pricy to replace. My local pool store manager was a sweetheart and let me have 6 sections of used hose from a Polaris refurb. His customer wanted new hoses to go with it. They were old and chalky but in much better shape than the ones I have. He couldn't bring them into the store but told me exactly where to find them should I stroll past the dumpster on my way home.
I still need a couple more sections, and I have been trying to locate a source for the end connectors. If I find one I will post back.
