I took a reading on Tuesday evening and CL needed to be added.
I put in 1 gal of 10% CL. That brought me up to 6 ppm.
I checked the levels again last night about 7:30pm and my CL level was at 1 ppm.
So I added another 1 gal of 10% CL.
I checked the levels again about 10pm and it was at 8 ppm.
(Doing overnight FC loss check)
This morning at 6:15 I checked the levels and my FC is at 6.5 ppm. So it looks like i'm losing CL over night.
The water is crystal clear and I do not see any visual signs on algae yet.
Is it necessary to shock?
