    Normal Vac-Alert Reading?

    Hello All,
New owner of 26k IG pool...
just noticed today that my vac-alert reads between 3-4 psi.
is this normal? i turned pump off, checked straiiner basket, removed skimmer socks, bled filter to see if there was entrapped air, etc. turned it back on and right back to 3-4 psi.
    thanks for your guidance.

It is reading the current strength of suction. From what information you've given, that sounds about normal.
