20'x 44'x10'd Slate Grey Black Granite liner IGP in MA

Sorry for the delay in posting but thought it would be better to roll out more as it completes to speed up the post.
Here is the start of the project on April 27th:
Foundation for the pool house: May 10th
Septic line run and after second inspection due to PITA inspector: May 18th
Framing started on pool house. May 23rd
Roof done and dormers going up. Builder ordered wrong size windows for dormers..another delay. May 31st
Dormers finished and a window in. Some white trim and columns. June 4th
Windows and doors. All weather sealed. June 6th
June (Friday) 13th. Day from ****. Basement in pool house starts to flood as grading crew and pool crew start to level hot tub and grade for pavers. Luckily it was just so a minor fix, but lost the entire day for both crews. Siding done on pool house.
June 22. Rough grade and all inspections done. Day before paver crew starts.
June 23rd. Footings for spa wall and coping poured.
Got pavers? June 24th
Pool coping done and hot tub wall:
June 25th pavers starting to go down.

Everything is up and running except the heater. So the hot tub is not so hot.

What are your impressions of the black liner?? I am going to replace the liner on my pool next year and I like things that are different lol. The pale blue I have now is NOT cutting it.

I love the black liner, and everyone who has seen it rave about it. They are shocked its a liner. I love how much the sun changes the color. A cloudy day makes it like a pond/lake. Sunny as shown in post 46 above makes it a beautiful blue.

If BQ and I keep talking it up it, soon the black liner will be normal.... Can't have that : )

I think you guys might be safe lol. Did a quick search and couldn't even find pictures of a black liner in an above ground pool.

Last update for a while. Time to enjoy!
Landscaping and fence are all that remain. The propane tanks will be moved behind the pool house and grass will be put where all the dirt is for now. We will add landscaping beds to those areas, but probably wait a little to see how we use the pool space.

Cchopkins.....that is techo bloc blu 60mm in Oceana. It's relatively inexpensive, but you need to know that it's a color that they are dropping for some reason. So it's going to be tough to get.
doobs... After reading everything in the forums and 2 of my neighbors having to replace their Polaris, I went with the dolphin M5. I tried out the iRobot Mirra and the aquabot 4wd which didn't clean the edges of my pool. I like the idea of not running my 3hp pool pump and filter every time I want to clean the pool.
