1st time opening with a heater

We are in NJ so the weather is still up and down. Supposed to be in the 70's this week.

I know that SWG's typicall dont produce under 60.

Is it ok to open the pool early if i am using the heater to bring up the temlerature?

Also should i run it 1st for 12 hours or so prior to tunring on the SWG? I want to make sure the salt levels are good to go

Yes, that is fine. You can use bleach/liquid chlorine to raise FC until you get the SWG up and running.
