Well I have a stumper, hope someone out there can help :-D
Does anybody know what the manufacturer part number is for the Marquis 1997 Maximum Therapy Series Euphoria Spa Hydro Air Oval VSR Directional Jet? AND the part number for it's inserts, both directional and rotational. Marquis gave me the part number 320-6338 - which is I think round and dark gray. Balboa tells me it's an American Products part.
I have scoured the internet for days in online spa supply stores and cannot find exactly this item. Just the round dark gray one.

Attached is an image of what I'm looking for. The spa also has rotational jet inserts on another seat that are not spinning properly.

I found something close. I would try contacting someone at The Spa Works. I've used them for parts in the past and they've always been very helpful. Providing them with your serial will probably help.

Thanks JoshU. We were able to round up the parts from several different sites and Marquis Spas themselves. But it seems like it was way more difficult than it should have been!
