188 code?

Hi all,
Im assuming this is a 188 code. Usually the code does not look like this though. Mice built a nest inside the control box and chewed some insulation off the wires to the flow sensor and power into the box. This is the result.
I thought I’d ask if anyone had some advice before buying a new flow sensor. I appreciate any help. I’ve gotten a lot of it here reading posts, this being my first post, thanks to everyone in the tfp community!

Is this a new install?
Something is wrong with the incoming voltage. Either is it wired wrong or there might be a transformer issue.

Not a new instal. One of the wires to the transformer was chewed and I didn’t realize it at first when I turn it on. Everything else looks is OK. Maybe it’s something with the transformer now.
That's the boot up screen where all of the LCD elements come on to verify that they all work.
Repair all damaged wires and see what happens.
