I had the resilience salt system for many years and last month I noticed that the percentage rate on the control panel was not going higher than 10%. Contacted American SPS and they asked to check the cell blades if the middle one was shorter than the rest. I could not tell but seemed to be little shorter so I purchased new cell and replaced today. The control panel now shows its on because the on button is green but does not show any percentage. Can anyone advise with the issue? I contacted American SPS and still waiting for a response from them.
