Aqua right not displaying cell size at all

Hello,

My Aqua Rite won’t even display the cell size when I press the diagnostics button I’ve pressed it multiple times to cycle through the display but just ends up back at where I started. I have a t-15 cell anyone else have this issue?

The cell size was added with software revision r 1.50. If your software revision is before that, it does not show cell size and it can only take a T-15.

Are there instructions on how to update the firmware? I believe mines below 1.50 so that would explain not seeing the cell size option

You would have to replace the main board.

Just use a T-15 if you're getting a new cell.

Thank you, yep I opened up the panel and saw the jumper setting set to t-15

Do you have an aquarite pro?

I think that that's the only one with the jumper to select T-5 or T-15.

What is the software revision number?

Do you have a reason to want to change the cell setting?

Not sure if it's the pro, here's a picture of it the Aquarite, it's currently on revision 1.40 and no reason to change the cell setting, I just wanted to double check that it was set to T-15.

Ok, that's pretty old. Some older boards have a jumper that can be used to select a T-5 or a T-15.

Note: The first Aquarite salt systems were made in 1994. In 1998, the name of the original company was changed to Goldline controls. In 2004, Hayward acquired goldline.

So, I would estimate that the box was made between 1998 and 2004.

The serial number should begin with something like 5A02, which means 5 year warranty, A means Aquarite box and 02 means made in 2002.
